Where do I go to end a listing?

i went to how to end a listing but they dont tell you where you go to start the process.

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

Locate the listing.  Click the down-arrow, click End listing.  You only have 4 fixed price listings that can be ended.  If you want to End any of the auction listings that have bids, you will be selling to the highest bidder.  If you cancel all the bids and then end the listing, ebay will charge you a penalty equal to the FVF that would have been charged on the highest bid.
