Where can I leave eBay a shipping suggestion

I'd like to leave eBay Feedback on adding the ability to choose a shipped date when mailing a first class envelope.   I don't want to mark it "shipped" on Sat. afternoon if it's not being picked up until Tues. because of a Holiday Monday.   This is a common function on other seller platforms.
