IT depends on if you were paid through managed payments all year, or paypal for part of the year, too. If MP all year, ignore the paypal parts about sales -
For sales fees and shipping paid through managed payments, go to your payment account reports and run a transaction report. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
For sales paid through paypal, go to paypal and run the annual financial summary. This gives you sales and paypal fees. Also run an activity download report to identify the sales tax included in your gross receipts that you need to subtract.

For shipping costs paid through paypal, use the activity download report from above.
Ah, sorry, I should have mentioned that you need to add totals to the columns you want. When you download the report, it is a spreadsheet, so it is easy to add totals.
You shipping label costs will not show up on your managed payment reports if you pay through paypal. You can go to paypal and run an activity report. Again, you'll need to add a total.
As @*lady*madonna* mentioned, you can also use the sales performance reports, but there your sales include sales tax paid by the buyer, so you need to subtract that. You shipping costs might be picked up there.
I prefer the payment account reports, because you know that they support the cash payouts you received. Theoretically, the performance report should balance to the payment reports, but I have never tried to reconcile them.
