Where are the offers sent through messaging, they don't show anywhere

Does anybody know where to find offers/counteroffers sent through the message system.  I get no notification I sent one, not in my email, not in messages, not even in the listing itself. Am I just missing something obvious, or are they just not there. How is it possible to implement this system with such obvious deficiencies. It seems they need a new link such as  "offers sent".

Also, even with the "Best offer" option in the listing the offers I receive show up in offers from buyers, but if I counteroffer I can't find them in "Seller Hub". Again am I just missing them or are they not there. They do show up in the messages as counteroffers, but this is way is extremely difficult at best to keep track of them.
