When viewing a listing there is a circle spinning in the middle.  I am not listing just trying to view listings and their images.

Is this all listings you view, or just one listing?

If all listings, there may be some security setting that is blocking eBay's picture server site. Or, you may have an older or broken script cached in your browser and may need to clear your browser cache.

If this happening on only one listing, the images may still be hosted on the seller's own server (instead of successfully transferring to hosting on eBay's servers) and that server is not delivering the pictures.

This happens with all listings, saved or otherwise.  Also in Chrome or Windows.  I am not alone, there are other threads that describe the same thing in Firefox too.  Some qhwn trying to list, others in just viewing images, saved or otherwise.  Some folks think it has something to do with AdBlock.  AdBlock is too complicated for my feeble mind so who knows?  I just know that  Ebay owes its' customers technical help on problems such as these.  I have never received a successful fix on any forum or community until the owner of the site gets involved.  Ever!

Tried to add filter to AdBlock, wouldn't accept filter even though copied directly from another users Fix.  Clear Cache completely, that didn't work.  Couldn't get Ebay to respond to queries.  Nothing anybody has added to the other thread I am following works, for me or other users.  Firefox, Chrome, Edge doesn't matter.  Happens to listers.  Happens to buyers, just differently but still unfixable.  You can get all kinds of help to spend money but not for technical issues.

@hungryjim

The fact that the problem exists on several browsers would indicate the problem is external to your browser. It could be coming from a desktop program or from a network problem or from eBay's inability to use their redirected image URLs.

Here are three images to put into your browser address bar to see if you are able to access eBay's image servers.

This is the redirected URL that appears in listings:

https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/7E4AAOSwLa9hlTV3/s-l500.jpg

This is the raw URL saved to the server:

https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTI4MFg5NjA=/z/7E4AAOSwLa9hlTV3/$_12.JPG

This is a thumbnail shortcut:
