We ship some items for the cost of a postage stamp. There was a thread on that topic in recent weeks but I can not find it. How does it work and why or why not use it? Thanks.

Lack of tracking will not cause you to go below standard. It will stop you from reaching top rated if more than 5% of your items sold do not have tracking.

You can use it just stick a stamp on it and mail.
But you lose your seller protection, if a buyer says they didn't receive the item ,without tracking you cannot prove it.

On another thread from maybe a couple weeks I thought it was said that your selling privileges (or ?) would be affected in some way if you don't use Ebay for single stamp labels. Not true? Thanks.

Yes ,it's true to some degree I'm not sure how much effect it has.
EBay likes to see that item are being shipped and arriving, but I don't think a few items being with a stamp will be a problem.

I am over the 5%. There is no way to cancel those completed sales if is is affecting how bidders find our items.

The 5% is only in relation to becoming top rated. You might check your late shipment rate - I think late shipments can impact your search placement, but I've never read of a low tracking rate having any effect. But, eBay doesn't tell us the secrets of search placement.

when there is no tracking, eBay asks the buyers if the item was on time when they leave feedback. Your coupon buyers seems happy, so I would not expect to see a problem.
If you want to become top rated on this ID, consider opening a second ID to sell the coupons. Also, watch the seller updates - they added more categories to the standard envelope usage in Nov, but not coupons. I would think coupons would be an easy add for them in the future.

You should see if you can create a variations listing in the coupon category. It really isn't allowed to ask buyers to make a choice without having the pull down menu for selection.
