When searching items and applying a sort result values change.

lets say I search for "Reinforce Coolant Cap"

with "Best Match" I get 242 results

with "Price + Shipping highest first " I get 201 results

with "Price + Shipping lowest first" I get 160 results

Why would result values change when search same items?

Not sure about "Best Match", but the "Price plus shipping: lowest first" sort is subject to filtering, sometimes drastically so.

If you want to see all results, avoid the "Lowest first" sort.

Try disabling your ad blocker and see if that speeds things up for you.

If that helps, re-enable your ad blocker but disable just the "Anti-Circumvention filters" (Ad Block) or ABP Filters (Ad Block Plus).
