What would happen if I always return items

I am looking for a pair of headphones that work in used or open box conditions. I have already bought a pair that were defective, returned them, and have recently bought another pair that are waiting to be delivered. If these are defective as well, I was wondering if my account will be flagged due to frequent returns.

If you do to many returns, you could loose your MBG and you'll be stuck with the items.

A few here and there isn't a problem, but if you start returning 1 item after another, that would be a problem.
