Drama....
I do not shop a lot on eBay, so not knowing the right process is my challenge.
Received wrong item, color, from seller with no refund.
Canon Laser jet toner cartridge.
I bought an item, no refunds, and was sent the wrong color! I did not find out until I tried to install it in my printer after removing the protective cover thing.
To make matters worst I left a negative feedback as I was very frustrated. This has caused a problem with working this out with the seller.
Is there anyway, to resolve this as money is tight, and I still don't have the cartridge I need.
Are there conditions where I can delete the 'feedback'?

First return the item you received for a full refund. The seller’s no returns does not apply when the wrong item was shipped.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Enter wrong color in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
After the return and refund are complete, ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request if you still want to change it. Do not change it until you receive your full refund.

Ok thx. I was able to speak with eBay customer service and they told me the seller has to initiate a comment removal. It will work itself out.
