I submit a return, seller accepted the return however refused to provide a return shipping label or cover the return shipping cost even though eBay's policy stated seller's responsible for return shipping charges. It was obvious the seller is doing that to deter me from my return the product as the cost of shipping is more than the product itself. I am stuck right now, as I don't see what's next the step to take. I tried to have eBay step in for this situation but there is no option to do that and I tried looking through the help page which led me back to where I started.
