What’s the correct way to handle address change requests

Customer requested I ship to different address I don’t know how to change the address so I canceled the order and would like to reissue the same offer to them but my order dosnt appear anymore.

The best way to handle Members who message you after a purchase and ask to ship it somewhere else is to message them back that eBay expects you to ship to the address used at the time of order.  Otherwise, YOU lose your eBay protection.

Let them know they can message you back to cancel, you can cancel using the reason "Buyer requested" and avoid a strike on your account.  The Buyer can then purchase the item with the address they want it shipped to.
