I'm not a "major account" of theirs, so they no doubt will disregard anything I have to say. But I have no doubt that there are more sellers that just cannot handle having eBay software professionals "shove" their "latest and greatest" enhancements on to those (like me) that pay their salaries.
At a minimum, these professionals could ALERT US OF WHAT IS COMING NEXT. Lord knows they do know how to send messages.
Optimally, these professionals could OFFER US THE CHOICE TO ACCEPT UPDATES OR NOT. Yes, I know software development is not easy when you have to maintain multiple versions. But come on, why not let us, YOUR CUSTOMERS, decide what we like and use. It is a real shock when new software overtakes what is so familiar to us users.
As of right now, I AM NOT REAL HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

You have not specified what change that ebay made that you do not like.
I am going to guess it is the Messaging. Since many members use their phones for ebay, and I am told that many of these members wanted the ebay messaging to resemble the texting they were used to and requested it. ebay tested this out for at least the past year. I do not use my phone for ebay, and in fact rarely use my phone, so I am not a fan of texting. Too difficult to type and the font is just too small, so when I got the new look in my messaging, I opted out. Now I understand more people are getting it now. Thankfully, I still have the classic messaging, but for how long, I do not know. I plan to use the icon in the lower right corner to let ebay know what I don't like about the new messaging, when I get it.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
