Hi everyone. This is my issue and would appreciate insight. I made a large purchase in May for my business. Then at the end of July, the company I purchased from suddenly wanted to refund me in order to pay some kind of fee. I checked my account and asked that the money was removed. I was concerned they weren't paid. They were. They asked for my e-mail. I gave it. And next thing I see is my account refunded. I didn't agree or want. Then they wanted me to re-send the money to them. I called eBay and they gave me their suggestion/advice. I have received calls asking for repayment. I've been told not to repay because they violated policy by going outside of eBay.
Now what would you do? I ask because they are threatening legal action. Any insight would be great.
