What is the best way to list a Time Share property? Is there a fee to do this on EBay?

I am trying to sell a Time Share property for week 52 (Last week of December) located on Cape Cod. I am selling for $1.00 and the HOA fees have been paid for the year 2025.

@arms_8681    You will lose money in listing fees if you try to sell it for a $1.  

Timeshare listings are allowed subject to these guidelines:

• Must be listed in the Real Estate > Timeshares for Sale category
• The title of the listing must state the exact location and resort. Sellers are not allowed to state "multiple destinations" or offer choices for location
