That is when the barcode on the package for tracking is scanned. Do you have items you send without tracking, like in a plain envelope? That is usually what causes no carrier scan.
I don’t see anything in your sold items that would not have tracking. I would check the tracking on the packages they show with no scans and see if there really is something shown. I have seen cases where the system just didn’t pick up the tracking activity.

Is this something done at the post office I send all my packages the same way . Same boxes that I get from the post office. Sent the same way and everything will be fine for a while and I will get my top rating back then the next time I look I am back down to 92 or 94 something like that and everything was done the same way. Thats why I thought maybe it was something from the post office they were or were not doing. I try hard to accomplish what eBay wants but I do not understand what is happening or how to correct it. Unless you are using a SCAN form, your local PO is usually not going to scan the packages in as received, although it depends on the PO and how busy they are. Or for one or two packages, you can stand in line at the PO and the clerk will scan them. That is the first opportunity for a scan.
The package should also be scanned as it travels through the system, and if nowhere else, at delivery. That’s why I suggest checking the chart of packages with no scans and look at the tracking at usps.com. It is odd for so many packages to have no scans at all.
