@kaykaykav You only pay the non refundable listing fee.
Listing fees for sellers list less than 6 vehicle listings in one year ( relists count) are $19, $49 or $79 depending on which package you choose. Once you go over 6 listing in one year then you are high volume seller for ever and different fees apply.
You can see the full fee list and what each package includes here:

You can read about Escrow.com and how it works if you choose to use that option for your buyers payment on this page:
Personally I would recommend requiring a deposit of at least $500. You will have to uncheck the Escrow.com box to have the deposit option.
The buyer always pays the balance for the car when they pick it up if you do not use Escrow.com. I do not recommend a check as the buyer could stop payment. I would accept cash or bank transfer at time of pick up.
eBay motor sales are non binding and either party can walk away. The listing fee is non refundable even if your vehicle doesn't sell. Think of it like an ad in a news paper.
I do not recommend using Reserve Price as buyers may give up guessing how much you want for the vehicle. Just start your auction at a price you would be happy with if you get just one bid.
