What does it mean when it says the return is closed

I’m trying to get the details figured out to send the package back such as the address and other things as well but it says the return is closed but I got the full refund, but I can’t few the address to send it back to.

If the seller does not want to pay for return shipping, they can refund you without you returning the item. Looks like that is what happened here. No need to return the item.

Sellers can elect to refund without requiring a return.   Otherwise they would not refund until the item was back.
