What counts as a standard envelope

Can it be a yellow bubble wrap envelope or does it have to be the regular mail envelope

eBay's standard envelope can be no more than 1/4" thick at any point and must be able to bend around the sorting equipment. Bubble envelopes usually don't bend that easily, but I don't really know what you have.
