@robhatf-89   If you actually saw the FedEx truck stop in front of your house and then leave without delivering your tires AND FedEx is saying they were delivered then the driver either stole them or was part of a ring of thieves and someone is probably driving on those new tires of yours even as we speak.  You may need to file a Police Report and if there are other witnesses get them involved with the Police report.  Carrier theft happens ...
