Autumnharvest had me send them my seat cover so they could use it as a pattern to create me a new cover. Now they have refused to produce a new cover and refused to return my old cover.

ebay can't help you since there was no transaction.  If you have that seller's email address, you could try sending a Paypal invoice for the cost of the seat cover.
