Hi,
I ordered an item form international seller, the product looks suspicious but I contacted the seller to make sure it is not damaged. The seller got back to me and assured me that there are nothing wrong with the item and go ahead and buy it. I received the item in worse condition than in the picture totally damaged. I contacted the seller since I was upset and disappointed. They offer me 40$ off from almost 900$ that I paid? I asked more since I have to repair it myself, they refused and asked me for my email to send me the shipping label which was weird to me. Now I feel like a fool and upset, please help me what can I do to make this right for me and a lesson for this seller who obviously has no integrity.

@hutalo_0 Keep the return official and file a not as described return request. Doesn't match pictures or description.
Sellers pay return shipping for items that are not as described no matter WHERE they are located, even if in another country. They can not provide a eBay return label so they would have to send you money to your PayPal account to pay for return shipping.
Select the return item button on this page:

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not issued a full refund or sent the $ to pay return shipping to your PayPal account then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item. Returns to some countries MUST be shipped via Priority Mail. If the country is NOT on this list it must ship via Priority Mail or you will not have proof the item was returned>

If you do have to purchase a return label with the funds the seller provides then be sure to upload the tracking number into the return request.
Let me know if you need more help as I know that returns to other countries can be a bit complicated.
