What can I do, if the items received does not match what you order?

I ordered durian seeds, instead, I received 2 pack (8 pcs.per pack) of strange unknown seeds, certainly not durian seeds. Could ebay tell me what to do? It is clearly advertised as musing durian seed on ebay website!!! I wand refund of $ 134.82, since it is a completely unknown different seeds!

Find your item in your purchase history.

Select “return item.”

Use “significantly not as described” for the return reason.

If prompted, add a photo of the incorrect seeds.

This will start the return/refund process. 

The seller either sends a prepaid shipping label for you to return the seeds, or the seller simply issues you a refund. 

If the seller chooses for you to return the seeds, do so.

Once the seeds are returned, the seller has two (2) days to issue your refund.
