The seller never shipped my item that I bought on Dec 2. I've requested updates and the seller is unresponsive. I have asked for a refund and it was declined. I've asked for assistance and now Ebay says I must wait until Jan 24. I don't see this ending well.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If you go to the Order Details of this transaction in your Purchase History, there should be an estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, a Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request. If you purchased the item on December 2, your protection under this Guarantee may have ended. Your next option is to open a chargeback against this Seller with your payment source. You can also leave appropriate feedback.

Thank you so much. Est. delivery was Tue, Jan 7 - Tue, Jan 14. No tracking number has been issued yet. It didnt give me an option to get a refund yet. I did submit "item not received" and based on ebay's response I guess I have to wait until the 24th and then start the money back guarantee process. Your information was very helpful. Thanks!
