What I can do with the order that cancel but saler reject cancel and still sent it later .

I ordered parts for my car but I find out it not fit my car , I canceled order the same day that I order , that time order not shipping yet . But saler answer can not cancel , they continue to ship order if  I can’t use just reject It . Now  I the order sent to my house  , what I can do ?

Sellers can only REQUEST a cancellation.  The seller is NOT obligated to do so.

What is the seller's return policy?  If it is 14, 30 or 60 days returns accepted, you can do the following:

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM.  For the reason, select
Changed my mind.  The seller will have 3 days to reply.  If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in.  If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label.  Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the
seller, he has 2 days to refund you.  If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to
step in, to force the refund.

If the seller has a No Returns policy, you will have to try and sell it yourself.  The seller's No Returns policy is for buyer's remorse: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere.  In those cases the seller can decline the return.  If the seller accepts the return, then you pay for return shipping.
