West Germany and East Germany

Does anyone know how to choose West Germany or East Germany as countries of manufacture?  Also, how does one choose USSR?  Some old items were made in these “once upon a time” countries. And it matters to buyers to list that. 

BTW, Hong Kong is an option and since 1997, anything made there is labeled Made in China. 

I have attempted to enter my own value in the block but this appears to be an option where only the values on the list are accepted.

Use the current country ie Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc for country of manufacture, or leave the field blank.

You can add more details in the description.

Sometimes there is an additional "Origin" field which has more options.
