I have looked at all the information I could see regarding watch authenticity, but couldn’t find how the process checks the movement. What all is looked at when performing this inspection? I figure a visual inspection can be more easily done with a display case back, but what about a solid case back on something like an omega seamaster or similar dive watch? Is the case back opened to look at the movement that way? If so, then do they test the water resistance once it’s closed? If not, then how is it checked? Thank you all for helping!
