Was Not Notified with Bell for Return Request

A return request did not trigger the Notification Bell. I only received a message in my Inbox which I do not regularly check. Is this normal or was it a glitch? I don't see anyway to change the settings in Communication Preferences pertaining to the Notification Bell.

Yes, it is normal for the notification bell to be glitchy. I never even look at it. As a seller, you should check your messages / email regularly.
