Warranty issue

I purchased an item and the warranty through All State. The item has failed so I contacted All State and they said it was still under the manufacturer's warranty.   I have reached out to the seller and they are not responding.  

Any thoughts on possibly resolution?

Warranty issue

Manufacturers of items do not honor warranties on their items unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller.  Did you perhaps purchase the warranty offered by Allstate with the purchase?  If so, you can contact them using the phone number in the feedback they left.  Since they state the item is still under the manufacturer's warranty, you need to contact the company.
