Waiting on returns from buyers

Hello - I've never had a return request and I had 3 in the last couple months. What do I do when a buyer has not returned the item after they were issued a refund?

You should only refund after the buyer returns your items; if you refund first, they are not obligated to return it.

There are options in the Return dispute to choose return for a refund, or refund without a return, or offer a partial refund.

If you want your items back contact the buyer(s) and ask if they will return them if you send a prepaid return label. How long ago did you refund?

There isn't much you can do. You are not supposed to refund until you get the item back. If you issue the refund before the buyer returns the item, the assumption would be that you don't want it back.
