There are several people on eBay selling these fraudulent pills. They look almost identical in the packaging, but there are things to look for. One significant factor is the fake pills are larger, blue capsules with no printing on them and white powder inside. The real capsules have Orlistat printed on them, they are smaller and have white beads inside. DO NOT TAKE THESE PILLS!
