Volume Discount Entire Store

I am attempting to create a volume discount for every item in my store. However, when I click the drop down menu for "create a promotion" through seller hub, the drop down menu doesn't load. I am finding it challenging to speak to anyone through customer service. Please advise! Thank you!

In seller hub, to create volume pricing across multiple items without a store, you need to select the items, then select ‘add volume pricing’ under actions or under sell it faster.

I could not tell from your description if this is the menu you are trying to use - I don’t see ‘create a promotion’.

On this account, you don't have a store.

To use the Markdown Manager, you have to have a store subscription.
