Voided label & reprinted another

Hi. Just wondering how I refund buyer that was charged right away with the 1st label that did not print. Tried several times with my hp printer to no avail. So I voided it. Immediately printed a new label after requesting a void on 1st. Customer notified they were charged twice.  So my bank account I believed was credited for 2 transactions(can't tell as they combine eBay transactions) Don't feel ebay should get both transaction fees. Waiting for void label to be credited to PayPal. Guess its going take a phone call. So simple when it was just PayPal. Does my rambling make any sense 🤔

No it doesn't make sense - the buyer isn't "charged" when you print a label, they pay a total $amount for the order when they check out that includes shipping. They're not charged anything after that from eBay, no matter how many labels you print and void.

They're asking about something else - probably seeing two order payments from their end, but that usually means one was pending and will drop off.

btw you should be looking at your order details in seller hub, not from your bank account.

Thank you for reply. I have now looked in my seller hub & it was dropped off..maybe because the label charge back  was credited to PayPal.  I have now contacted buyer & all is good. She just assumed she was charged twice as she just looked at her buyer page. Thanks for your prompt answer. Wish the could just remove when label is voided and reprinted with a new tracking #.
