Viictimized by scammer... like to close the account

My financial and personal information has been compromised.  I changed all of my email address on all of my personal information.  How to I change the my email address here.  I am having a hard change changing it.  Please advise.  I was thinking about closing my current account and re open a new one with a different email address.
