Vehicle/car pick up. How long does a buyer have to pick up a car?

    I sold a car in October of 2022, they buyer hasn't communicated with me and has not picked up the car. It is now over three months later.

Since vehicle sales are non-binding, you could have abandoned the buyer after a week of no communications.

Has the buyer paid? If not, then no sale.

If the buyer posted a deposit, then it is forfeited.

If the buyer has paid, then figure out how the refund a reasonable amount and move on.

Typically, a buyer should be picking up the vehicle within one to two weeks, unless specific other arrangements have been made.
