Using the "markdown manager" replacement....

So... we decided to put a Tandberg cassette deck on sale for the rest of the year (4 days), so we went to markdown manager, got redirected to their "new and improved" sale promotions thingie, and after only 5 or 6 tries, we got it on sale...  2 days into the 4 day sale, I notice I can't find the item. When I search for TANDBERG 3014A, only two listings come up, neither of which is mine... however, if I type in TNADBERG 3014A it comes back and says "no results, searching instead for tandberg 3014A", and my listing is the second listing... so when IT changes the search string to Tandberg 3014A, it finds it.... if you just type it into the search string, nothing. nada. zip.

  I've tried this from my personal account.... from no accout (logged off)... from my galaxy phone...  and same same. No results for Tandberg 3014A (at least not MY listing), yet it will come up if you search for tnadberg 3014A   (and I tried cut and paste of the first part of the title to no avail).

    Called into Ebay "help"....   was told (it's only been about 20 hours.. give it some time to re-index.....  so after 36 hours with no changes... I called ebay "help" again.... this time I was told "well, I logged into my personal account, and it comes up for me"....   but I'm assuming (now) that he must have used the incorrect spelling of TandbUrg, instead of TandbErg, because that is the ONLY way it comes up in the search.

Like I said, I've tried numerous machines both logged on to other accounts, logged off all accounts, and even my phone... cleared all my history and such,  and NONE of them are bringing back the correct results for  TANDBERG 3014A       The only way it will come up is to misspell the tandberg.   Sure glad I only put ONE item on a sale....  I can't imagine putting a 100 items on sale and then discovering that none of them were "findable" via the ebay search engine...    As it is, we have been invisible for 2 days (so far), of a 4 day sale event!!!  Yippee....
