I'm not sure if this is a problem from printful, printify, or ebay. I am selling products I created on printful and printify on ebay. When a customer buys a product made on printful, it is fulfilled and shows up on the website, but when a customer buys a product made on printify, It ALSO shows up on printful and not printify like it should. And because of this it cannot be synced (of course, since the printify product wasn't made on printful). Is this a problem I can fix through ebay or has anyone else had a problem like this? Also I cannot contact printify.
