Using poly mailers

Hello.  Please help!  I've been selling for a while now, but I can't see anywhere where it indicates that shipping is less using poly mailers.  When entering dimensions, I use the poly mailers dimensions, and then the shipping price escalates.  Can anybody assist me with this?  Some items I sell are clothing items, and some are VERY light, like 8oz.  The shipping shows up, then it escalates when I enter the dimensions.  For example, I use poly mailer dimensions:  13 x 10 x 1  OR  19 x 15 x 2, etc.

What do you all do in this situation, because when entering the weight, dimensions, etc., it doesn't say anything about poly mailers.  And sometimes my customers complain about the shipping costs, but I can't change the weight of the item, etc.

Help!

You should be selecting ground advantage for the shipping service. There is no special rate for a poly mailer.

If you a re looking at the large envelope rate, that does not have tracking. You can use it if your item is 3/4” or less, but you will have to buy postage at the PO - you can not print a label for a large envelope.

Thank you SO MUCH!!  I was going crazy with this. So the bigger the poly mailer in inches, the higher the cost, right? I try so hard to keep the shipping costs down, but people still complain. I have no control over this. I’m trying very hard.
