Using eBay money back guarantee.

The buyer bought 16 jewelry items from me (all earrings).  I gave her a deal on each one about 15% off and paid for her shipping.  Now I received an email from her stating "The eBay money back guarantee in which she states the reason she is returning and wants a full refund is because "the earrings do not match or look like the pictures".  They do!  She wants her money back on 5, and that I pay for return shipping label because she states," The earrings are all to big."  I have photographs with each earring listed showing them next to a ruler with a quarter for size and measurements in the seller's item description.  I have even told each possible buyer in the description to look at the included photographs for the dimensions and size with a quarter next to each one.  I asked her why she did not look at the pictures? No response.  I previously went through so many questions and answers regarding the earrings with her. (The posts, backs, do they appear big?)

Can you tell me how I can prevent this from happening in the future.  I said I do not accept refunds on my item page. Why should I have to go through the time of taking photographs to measure and put my items next to a quarter, if a buyer is able to site and use eBay money back guarantee and still say they are to big? I would like to know how I can have any say in this in the future or what I can do?  There doesn't seem to be much options for a seller.  eBay seems to say if I don't refund, my account will have some bad things on it.  Could you please explain what happens to a seller if they do not comply.  It seems eBay just wants to please the buyer.  What about the seller?

Thank you for your time

Using eBay money back guarantee.

If you don’t “comply”, eBay will most likely refund the buyer (from your funds), let them keep the item, you don’t get your seller fees back, and you get a defect against your seller account.

I wanted to ask, though, were these purchased from one listing, or from numerous listings?  If it was one listing, they can’t return just part of it.
