Using Media Mail for Media Shipments

Why is Ebay Blocking Me from shipping qualified items via USPS Media Mail?  How do I rectify this?

If you have your item listed in most any other category besides the books category, eBay will not let you print it.  If it truly qualifies for media mail, you can purchase postage at the USPS or on PayPal.  

eBay does need to update/correct this.  I had a piano music BOOK listed in the music category, subcategory BOOKS, and media mail wasn't there either.
