User refuses bids or purchases from me

I don't understand why this seller has refused to do business with me.  I am a small collector and have paid all bids quickly the longest delay was if the bidding ended after I went to bed then I would pay first thing in the AM.  Does anyone have a solution?  I have not gotten a response from this seller after attempting to communicate via email.

The seller may block any particular user for ANY reason and is under absolutely no obligation to disclose the reason to the user nor to eBay.

The "solution" is to find another seller.
