Used panties

I was informed by Ebay that you cannot sell used or worn panties on Ebay.  Not that I would.  I sell Lingerie that is vintage and new.  I see other sellers selling used and worn panties and I am confused.  I am not a prude, but once, when I first began selling, I had a buyer contact me and asked if I had ladies underwear and I did, but they were new.  He asked me if I would wear them and not wash them and sell them to him.  Big "ICK" and he is now blocked.  Can you tell me if you know anything about this?  I also see people selling with models who show just about everything under the slips.  I don't know.  I use a dress form.

I'd just ignore the listings.  They aren't allowed, but sometimes sellers word thing in a way that the bots don't catch them as fast as one might hope.  You can however report these listing to Ebay whenever you feel like doing that.
