Dear eBay representative. I really need your support. I have written to you for the same case several times and it is still unsolved. The ítem that I bought was sent back to China by Fedex because the seller sent the tracking information late and I did know the status of the item. When I received the tracking information and I checked it on fedex webpage it appears in clearance. But I did not have support of the seller in this case I had to hire a person in Florida to help me with the clearance process and the person called to Fedex in USA (because I live outside of USA) and fedex explained that the ítem was returned to seller some weeks ago, because Fedex did not have the contact information to reach me (the seller did not gave the right information to Fedex). Also I have written in several times to seller for help and NEVER mentioned that the ítem is back in China. Then I really need support from you because I have invested almost 2000 $ on this item and I need it and I wrote to the seller and I did not receive an answer.
