I sold a framed autographed picture in October. I dropped the box off at staples and I have security camera footage that shows the box being picked up by ups driver. Item never arrived and after filling a claim and going back and forth for months ups said I needed eBay to contact them because they created the label. They then said they had reached out to them but there is no evidence of that. I just want to be reimbursed for my item how do I get in touch with eBay can some one help me
