Updating return detail with different tracking

I returned an item using a different shipping label than What the seller sent me.The return was delivered to them 4 days ago. 

When I click on return details it only allows me to select a label to buy and print. The seller has not replied to any of my messages and has not refunded my payment.

How do I update the return to show the actual tracking info?

This has been a problem recently.  You will need to contact customer service and ask them to enter the tracking # for you, which you actually should have done as soon as you shipped.
