I recently placed an order for an item that is China based. In the listing, it stated epackat shipping. I have purchased quite a few items with epacket shipping so I know it can be tracked. The seller updated my purchase with Taiwan post tracking. This cannot be tracked in the US. I asked the seller to send the correct tracking number. He said he does not use epacket because it is too costly. I told him then he needs to change his listing. I told him it is called bait and switch and fraud. He said that it is ok. Not to worry. My item will arrived within 60 days.
So, I contacted ebay. I told them what happen. The rep I spoke to told me that this seller is a power seller and can be trusted. Just wait the 60 days. I explained that it is a fraudulent listing and why. She again tells me that not to worry.. blablabla.
I tried to use the "Report Item" link in the listing. None of the reasons match the issue.
Is there anything else I can try?
