Unresponsive seller

Seller has one pic, won't respond to ebay message about needing pic of back side..says no refunds...i need to know how hacked up it could be

If the seller will not respond, I suggest looking for another seller.  Even with a No Returns policy, the seller will need to accept the return if the buyer files a returns request with the reason Not as Described.
