Unresolved reported items not received

I have not received an order that has been paid for almost 2 months now. I've contacted the seller numerous times & has been reported to EBay but no responses received from anyone. eBay sends an odd message that says " the seller should be contacting you shortly". No other options are available in the system. Usually, it would be resolved by now if it was the real EBay!!!

You had/have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an official 'item not received' dispute.  If you haven't done that yet ... it probably is too late at this point.  

If it's still within 30 days ... you file the case from your Purchase History.  If it's longer than 30 days ... then you will have to request your refund from either PayPal or your credit card company.

What was your delivery estimate you were given when you paid (check your "Order confirmed" email).  You cannot start an Item Not Received case before then.  You  have 30 days to start it (go to Purchase History and under more actions select that you haven't received it.  After that you have 3 to 21 days to go back and "Ask eBay to step in."  THAT is how you get your refund.
