H a s anyone bought a phone that was listed Fully Functional and Unlocked? J recently bought 2 exact phone with this listing the I get both phones locked out and had a  balance due from the prior owner on both phones! Well the carrier they are locked to refuse to let me pay the past due amount then unlock the phone. It didn't go well they claim only the original owner of the phones can pay the past due not me. If you ask me to pay your phone bill they dont care where the money comes from as long as you pay. I am so frustrated over this and the seller isn't really helping either

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
