Good afternoon.
Your advice is needed.
I have received negative feedback on some sales that the buyer has not received.
I consider them to be unfounded because, according to the information provided by the courier service, the goods have been delivered to the address indicated.
I suspect abuse. Because the buyer does not contact me, does not respond to my messages. Just leave a negative review.
Looking at their profiles raises the question of whether this does not damage feedback from other vendors in order to reduce internal competition.
What would you suggest I do? Can such unwanted buyers be blocked?
Thank you.

What does the tracking number show? If tracking shows DELIVERED, you will win any dispute the buyer filed. If the buyer did not file a dispute, you can respond within 30 days of when the buyer leaves feedback.
Yes, you can add the buyer's user ID to your blocked bidders list.

Delivery tracking shows that the item has been delivered.
How can I dispute a bad review? What should I do?
I've been selling on ebay recently, I don't know it so well yet.

If the buyer filed an Item Not Received case, you upload tracking into the case. If tracking shows DELIVERED, you win the case.
If the buyer never filed a case, you can Reply to the feedback left (that option is at the bottom of your feedback page) and state that tracking shows Delivered, and upload the tracking number into the reply.
