Unfair and deceptive business practices

eBay tricked me into buying 2 separate versions of the same item.

I was bidding for a wrist watch and winning; eBay sent me an Unsolicited offer for the same exact item I was winning and offered, "Buy it Now!"  I clicked on it and thought I'd ended my bidding: wrong.  My bid was still in effect and eBay tricked me into an unwanted purchase.

There wasn't anything deceptive, you just happened to receive an offer from after you placed a bid on a different item (offers can't be made on items that have active bids).

Bids are binding - they aren't something you can end. Don't move on to another item until an auction you've place a bid on has ended.
